Dear Diary at midnight 14th April
As soon as Ted and I were out of bed we had to get
to a lifeboat and fast! We heard it was
women and children first. Thankfully we
found a lifeboat and got on it and Ted was allowed on one with me. I just hope mum and dad are all right. Mum was on the next lifeboat and I waved and
she was glad we were all right. We saw
the ship going up. I was so scared of
it! The boat broke in half after just a
few minutes. The people who fell in the
water were still moving in the freezing cold water. The Titanic was still sinking and soon it
will all sink in the water of worse sink to the bottom of the ocean. Everyone was so scared – well all of us
should be. Mum was shocked at what was
happening to so many people who were left on board Titanic.
I was worried that my dad was still on the Titanic
as it was sinking fast! I wanted to go
back but I couldn’t go so I tried to shout him but it was no good as he could
not hear me. I was afraid that he would
be dead.
After a while I saw the people in the water. It looked like they were frozen and I was
right about it – they were. It was so so
scary to see them not moving anymore.
Two hours later were saved by another ship.
